The capacity size of a battery is measured in milli amp hours (mAh). The higher the capacity of a battery, the longer it will last in an appliance. Ranges from 800 - 2600mAh in AA size batteries. Rechargeable batteries come in exactly the same 5 sizes as ordinary batteries. The only difference is you can RE-USE rechargeable batteries

CHARGER INFORMATION

The 3 main types of charger and how long they take to charge:

  1. Manual Charger - Between 8 and 16 hours to charge Great value for money, they are the slowest and cheapest type. Up to the user to manually shut off the charger once the required charging period is reached

  2. Timer Charger - Between 5 and 8 hours charge Mid range chargers with the added convenience of timer control. Will charge for a set period then shut off

  3. Intelligent Charger - Between 1 and 5 hours to charge Best type of chargers, they have built in sensors for complete convenience. The charger constantly senses the batteries until they are fully charged and shuts off automatically. Sometimes includes 'car cords'
